Zulknut Fresher look at the inner mind

Sulker update

He dinged 20 yesterday and the questing is going a bit quicker in catform. Although most of his time is spend as a big bearbutted tank.

I've not been doing dungeons in low level for quite some time, and the last time around I queued as a pally healer without to much hassle. But it's different as a tank by far.

Top annoyances :

  1. Hunters that pull
  2. Retri pallies that overaggro
  3. Healers that can't afford resurrection spells
  4. Dropping out of dungeons after ding

Somehow, all hunters think that since they CAN shoot everything they want they HAVE to shoot everything they want. Causing me to start the aggrotable low and causing me to run around the whole blimming room to try and grab all the mobs.

Retri pallies do silly threat and are almost impossible to keep aggro over (until I got Fearie Fire at least)

I've had 5 different healers in different dungeons that where unable to rez me when they lacked healing capability on a bigger pull. MEH!

And the amount of people that drop the party after dinging is simply silly!

A new wow-project

Wow, it's way to addicting and way to fun to do. But by the time you have two healers and a DPS ready for ICC 25 without much effort the game does tend to get a tad boring. Since I do not care at all for achievements in the game itself I do find myself with quite some time on my hands.

I could gear up my shaman, but then I would be playing a third healer and since Yules is overpowered to the max in the current content I'm not going to be using the shaman anyway. That brings the one role I've not yet played into the focus. I want to have a tank, and I don't want to be juggling Yules to the tanking since his healing is to good to put him into the tanking role.

For that reason, combined that if I'm gonna be tanking I might as well roll a tank the guild is short on I've started levelling a druid. I made him ages ago in an attempt to group up with the inlaws on a weekly basis but that simply isn't happening. So I've taken Sulker out of the Yadians guild and enlisted him in the levelling guild that is related to Inner Sanctum.

My first todo is to get him some heirlooms : Chest and Shoulders a simple 80 emblems will do the trick there and if I Queue yules in randoms for a evening I should have that sorted quickly enough.

Second todo is to read up on tanking in a big bear butt.

Frontierville

Yet another Zynga game. I was easily bored with farmville, I was easily bored with petville and even Vampire wars can't keep my attention that often. This thing is different though, I just keep clicking.

What I don't understand is that people trade in real life money to get extra items in games like these. Allthough I do see how someone could get addicted to something like this. It's the same thing that made you keep playing and playing those silly flash games just to finish one more level.

VVD wins.

Since I am still dutch and I am still rightwing ( to say the least) in our current political environment I am happy to say that 'my party' has come out on top these elections. It's a close victory to our own labour (PvdA) and it does seem that there is a big change we will get another 'purple' coalition.

Which, for the non-dutch, will mean that we will have a liberal head of state and a combination of four liberal parties forming the government. This is the best financial solution ( at least for me it is. Since I work and have some interest in benefits for small companies and all ;) ) and also the the best solution for other affairs that come along with it.

*crosses fingers for purple plus*

TV: Fringe

Well, it's more download then TV since dutch television is as slow as the Ford T1 with getting newer series from the US onto the little screen. So , we download, and when you are downloading you start sharing the American way of looking forward to new series.

At this moment I'm eagerly awaiting the new True Blood episodes which will start to air somewhere next week I think and also looking forward to the new season of Dexter. But, for the people that do read this and do not know about the series yet.

"Fringe" is a good show to watch as well. The first season felt kind of X-filey to me but in the second season the show starts to come into it's own and depend less on JJ Abrams history with Mulder and Scully.

The show has good characters, allthough it is still hard to not see Walter as the crazed king in LOTR and to ignore the fact that Peter was first seen on TV as Dougie Howser MD. BUT the fresh view on paranormal activities through science is rather fun to watch. And that's not just for the 'easy on the eye' Anna Torv.
